Everything is freshly baked in small batches in a designated gluten free kitchen using the best ingredients, including free range eggs and butter,
wholesome brown rice and other quality gluten free flours, non-trans
fat healthy oils, an abundance of fresh and dried fruits and
no additives or preservatives. Occasionally a choice of either
natural or artificial colour is offered as a decorative option.
Most of the cakes are ambient, store well at room temperature
and stay fresh and delicious for up to 5 days.
Girl & Baby Boy Cupcakes
Super light, delicate,
dairy free sponge with coconut, topped with a cloud
of meringue, unique hand moulded fondant baby booties
and sprinkled with glittering hand coloured sugar.
Available in pink or blue. (Natural colour using
freshly pressed raspberries rather than food colouring
is optional for the pink sprinkled sugar but not
the baby booties.)

Virtually any favourite cake and topping combination from the entire Wendy May Cakes range can be made into a fairycake or cupcake, with
a wide range of colourful decorations and sprinkles also available.

and personal messages, customised hand-moulded fondant or marzipan
